Artist Statement
Several years ago I took an acrylic painting class and, to my surprise, my favorite painting from that class sold at the end of the week long class to another artist. The imagery from that painting of people headed into the city appeals to me and has since been repeated in several of my art quilts.

Jenny Perry is a Canadian/American, currently living in Swannanoa NC. A quilter since 1975, she has transitioned from traditional designs and techniques to original artwork, often working from her own photographs and using dyeing and painting techniques to create the unique fabrics used in her art quilts.
